MAKEDA PR | MAKEDA PR is an expert feminist consultancy led by the author of “The Sex Lives of African Women,” Nana Darkoa Sekyiamah. MAKEDA PR serves the global feminist movement by providing communications and public relations services to Black and global feminist organisations worldwide.
Problem | Before the redesign, MAKEDA PR received most of their business through word of mouth and being well known as advocates in the African feminist movement; however, Nana expressed the desire to have a website that truly expressed the brand. The website that they had before was antiquated and lacked cohesiveness.
Solution | In strategy sessions exploring MAKEDA PR's brand and vision, we uncovered their distinct narrative: a modern, community-focused consultancy aiming to establish expertise in global feminism. With a vibrant, youthful website redesign, MAKEDA PR now boasts an online presence that reflects their personality and highlights their impactful work.
